Grid Rental Policy

The Stanwood/Camano Arts Guild owns a quantity of metal grids (shown above) used at various events to create hanging space for artwork. The following points outline the Guild's new policy for the lending of our grids to individuals and organizations:

1. Any member in good standing wishing to borrow the Guild’s grids for their personal use can do so. We will request a fee of $1 per grid borrowed.

2. Any organization wishing to borrow the Guild’s grids for an event not sponsored by the Guild will be charged $100, regardless of the number of grids they need.

3. All borrowers will have to supply their own hangers – we will not lend ours out.

4. There will be a short lease agreement to be signed by each person wishing to borrow grids. (To be developed soon, for now there is just a sign-up sheet)
