Art By the Bay Vendor & Artist Application
Art by the Bay 2012 Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried show, featuring entrants from the Northwest.
This year promises to be the Biggest and Best ever with - Great local food and Great MUSIC and ENTERTAINMENT – LOTS OF PARKING!
SUBMITTAL:
Booth Sharing: Each Both applicant must send in completed application.
Booth Fees: Members - Single (10x10) - $75 Double (10x20) - $150
Non-Members Single (10 x 10) $150 - Double (10 x 20) $300

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MAY 15th
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION: MAY 30th
BOOTH SET-UP AND CHECK-IN: Fri. July 13th – from Noon to 7pm. and Sat. July 14th – from 7-9am.
SHOW: Sat. July 14th & Sun. July 15th – 10am.-5pm.
BOOTH TEAR-DOWN: Sun – July 15th – 5-7pm.
EXHIBITION: All merchandise must be the artist’s own original design and made by the entrant. Prints and cards of the originals are permitted. If booth space is shared all entrants must be juried in. Merchandise that differs in quality or is inconsistent from the photos submitted and accepted by the jurors may be disqualified at the discretion of the jurors. All outdoor booths must be canopied and prepared for all weather. Grassy field booths may require shims. Booths must be kept open from 10AM to 5 PM both Saturday and Sunday. Please no animals in your booth during show.
SALE OF ARTWORK: You are responsible for your own sales and for collecting and reporting of sales taxes. Members may use Guild Charge machine.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You will get a full refund if you cancel by June 1, 2012. You will get one-half of your fee returned if you cancel by June 30, 2012. No refunds after July 1, 2012.
LIABILITY: The Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild, The Stanwood-Camano Fairgrounds, and their agents assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Every reasonable precaution will be taken to prevent such occurrences but the artist must assume full responsibility.

1. To hold harmless the Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild, Stanwood-Camano Fairgrounds, and their agents from and against all liability which may accrue to the undersigned as a result of participation in Art by the Bay 2012.

4. First time vendors must include 3 pictures of your work and one of your booth and a
$5 jury fee with entry fee.
Submittal of this application constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant to the terms and conditions of this prospectus.
