Pop, blues, & standards with a twist

John always puts on a great show, whoever he plays with. His bands The Splinters and The Stilly River Band have been playing in the area for decades. This is John's new project ... don't miss it!

 

Ronnda Cadle

Ronnda Cadle
Acoustic guitar instrumentals with Joel Gamble on violin

Ronnda began playing guitar in her hometown of Baltimore in 1985, formed her first acoustic duo in 1992, Joel Gamble, appearing with Ronnda Cadle at Art by the Bayand has been touring and changing home base ever since, moving through Nashville, Atlanta, and now, to Camano Island. She has produced two CDs with Grammy Award winning producer Don McCollister (Indigo Girls, Shawn Mullins). Violinist Joel Gamble will be accompanying Ronnda for this event. Selena Tibert

Selena Tibert & Friends
Talented 14-year old singer/songwriter

Selena is a prolific songwriter who is already gaining recognition for her talents. (click here to read a newspaper article about her) She performs with Paul Tibert (her Dad) on rock solid bass, Thomas Kemper locking tight and funky on drums, and Jeff Lemaiche's scorching lead guitar. And you might see her mom, Cathy Tibert, sweetly sitting in on flute. For more information, see Selena's web site.

Chaim & the Essentials
Music like you've never heard

Performing one of the most diversely-influenced sets of music you'll hear, Chaim and the Essentials music will take you on a sonic journey from Camano Island to Israel to Persia. Guitarist Chaim Bezalel, who also performs with local legends The South End String Band, has a unique point of view that reveals itself in thoughtful, quirky songs. Smitton = Tony Smith and Lisa Britton

Smitton
Beautiful vocal pop & standards

Smitton has been in heavy rotation at Brindles here on Camano Island ever since they arrived on the scene. They perform standards from the 40's & 50's, blues, and classic rock. Vocalist Lisa Smith and singer songwriter Tony Britton create beautiful harmony with jazzy guitar accompaniment.
 

One Ton of Ducks
A band of Camano Island songwriters

Five seasoned musicians from Camano Island, performing tight, heartfelt songs with sweet harmony. Songwriters all, they create crafty rock, roots, jazz, and alt-country tunes about life, love, loss, war, peace, and hope. Their CD, Floaters, is available at Big Quack Records.
