To eliminate parking issues, the 2010 Art by the Bay has been moved to Stanwood-Camano Fairgrounds. Art by the Bay 2010 Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried show, featuring entrants from the Northwest. This year promises to be the Biggest and Best ever with - Great local food and Great music on a new stage – LOTS OF PARKING!

Booth Fees:
Guild Members: 10x10 Single: $75; 10x20 Double $150; 5x10 Half (5w): $40. Members are automatically accepted and need not jury.
Non-Guild Members: Single: $150; Double: $300; Half -$80
Booth Sharing: Both applicants must send in completed application.

	REGISTRATION DEADLINE – MAY 10th
	ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION – MAY 31st
	BOOTH SET-UP AND CHECK-IN: Fri. July 9th – from Noon to 7pm. and Sat. July 10th – from 7-9am.
	SHOW: Sat. July 10th & Sun. July 11th – 10am.-5pm.
	BOOTH TEAR-DOWN: Sun – July 11th – 5-7pm.
	EXHIBITION: All merchandise must be the artist’s own original design and made by the entrant. Prints and cards of the originals are permitted. If booth space is shared all non-Guild-member entrants must be juried in. Merchandise that differs in quality or is inconsistent from the photos submitted and accepted by the jurors may be disqualified at the discretion of the jurors. All outdoor booths must be canopied and prepared for all weather. Field booths may require shims. Booths must be kept open from 10AM to 5 PM both Saturday and Sunday.
	SALE OF ARTWORK: You are responsible for your own sales and for collecting and reporting of sales taxes. Members may use the Guild's Credit Card machine.
	CANCELLATION POLICY: You will get a full refund if you cancel by June 1, 2010. You will get one-half of your fee returned if you cancel by June 30, 2010. No refunds after July 1, 2010.
	LIABILITY: The Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild, The Stanwood-Camano Fairgrounds, and their agents assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Every reasonable precaution will be taken to prevent such occurrences but the artist must assume full responsibility.
