This is not a Stanwood-Camano School District sponsored event.

Our 17th annual arts festival promises to be the biggest and best ever! 150 booths filled with works by a variety of Northwest artists, fine craftspersons, and specialty nursery growers. There is also a children's art zone and continuous live entertainment.

BOOTH CALENDAR
 • May 11 – Registration deadline
• May 31 – Acceptance notification
• July 10 – Booth set up and check in, noon to 7pm
• July 11 – Booth set up and check in, 7 to 9am
• July 11 & 12 – Open from 10am to 5pm
• July 12 - Booth tear-down 5-7pm

DIRECTIONS: Take Interstate 5 to Exit 212. Drive through Stanwood, and stay to the left at the Camano Gateway “Y.” Proceed to the SECOND traffic light and turn right on Cross Island Rd. Turn right again immediately on Arrowhead Road, and then turn right into Utsalady Elementary School.

bulletThis is an Indoor and Outdoor Show. We have available indoor space (first come, first served) in the
school gym, covered play area space, and outdoor space for canopied booths, both on asphalt and
grass. Please check the appropriate box on the application.
bulletExhibition: All merchandise must be original and made by the entrant. Prints and cards of the originals are permitted. If booth space is shared all entrants must be juried in. Merchandise that differs in quality or is inconsistent from the photos submitted and accepted by the jurors may be disqualified at the discretion of the jurors. All outdoor booths must be canopied and prepared for all weather. Grassy field booths may require shims.
bulletSale of Artwork: You are responsible for your own sales and for collecting and reporting of sales taxes. Guld members may use the Guild charge card machine.
bulletCancellation Policy: You will get a full refund if you cancel by June 1, 2009. You will get one-half of your fee returned if you cancel by June 30, 2009. No refunds after July 1, 2009.
bulletLiability: The Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild, The Stanwood-Camano School District, and their agents assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Every reasonable precaution will be taken to prevent such occurrences, but the artist must assume full responsibility.
