The 17th annual Art by the Bay Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried show. If you have been a participant in previous Art by the Bay shows, you are automatically juried in. No commission charges!

bulletNew Applicants: Minimum of two photos of merchandise to be sold and one photo of your booth.
bulletA $5.00 non-refundable jurying fee must accompany this application.
bulletPrevious Participants: Submit a photo of any new items.
bulletBooth Sharing: Both applicants must send in completed application forms & separate jurying fees & photos.
bulletBooth Fees:
bulletSingle - 10x10 - $150 (Guild member $75)
Double - 10x20 - $300 (Guild member $150)
Half - 5’ wide x 10’ deep - $80 (Guild member $37.50)
Hall - 10' wide x 2' deep - $75 (Guild member $37.50)
bulletParking: Offsite vendor parking is provided and required.

bulletACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION – May 31
bulletBOOTH SET-UP AND CHECK-IN: Fri. July 10 from 9AM to 7PM & Sat. July 11 from 7 to 9AM
bulletSHOW: Sat. July 11 & Sun. July 12 – 10AM to 5PM
bulletBOOTH TEAR-DOWN: Sun. July 12 – 5 to 7PM

Make checks payable to Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild. If you are a new applicant, please send two separate checks (booth fee and jurying fee). The booth fee check will be returned if your application is not accepted. Please enclose a SASE with the correct postage if you would like your photos returned. (See mailing address at bottom of page.)

 - To hold harmless the Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild, Stanwood-Camano School District, and their agents from and against all liability
         which may accrue to the undersigned as a result of participation in Art by the Bay.
 - To abide by the rules and regulations stated above.
 - To PARK OFF SITE in provided area. Vendor Parking off site is REQUIRED to allow more space for customers.
         So please leave your loved pets home.
 - To be responsible for handling my own money and reporting my own sales tax.
