The Stanwood Camano Arts Guild is an association of artists and art enthusiasts in Stanwood and Camano Island, Washington, sharing ideas, resources, and energy.
SCAG's volunteers produce three major art events annually:
- Art Aloft, in the winter.
- Art at the Schoolhouse, during tulip season.
- Art By the Bay, in July.
Art in Public Places is an ongoing display of the artwork of SCAG members in public buildings in the community.
SCAG owns and runs a cooperative gallery, A Guilded Gallery, in East Downtown Stanwood.
SCAG invites those interested in becoming more knowledgeable about the organization to come to a SCAG General Meeting and check us out. All comers are welcome at SCAG General Meetings, provided they behave in an appropriate manner.

SCAG dues are currently $30 per year. (Deadline for dues is November 30.
After that date, dues are subject to a late fee of $5, or $35 total.)
The good fellowship SCAG establishes among its members.

Learning from SCAG's entertaining and educational programs.
- Discounted booth fees when participating in any of the three SCAG shows.
- The opportunity to become a member of A Guilded Gallery and to show art in Art in Public Places.

How to Join SCAG
Folks wishing to join SCAG should fill out the APPLICATION available on this site, bring a few pieces of their work to show at a SCAG General Meeting, and come to the meeting prepared to talk a bit about themselves and their art.

is not feasible to bring original artwork, photos of the work are acceptable.
Acceptance as a member of SCAG is contingent upon successful completion of the written the application, presentation of the artist's
work, payment of dues, and a vote of the members in attendance at the SCAG General Meeting.
It is suggested that artists jurying-in bring with them a short bio or resume that SCAG can keep on file.

The festival will be filled with the diversity and rich culture provided by artists from both sides of the border.
